How should I pay my virtual assistant?

You can negotiate the amount and payment method with your virtual assistant to find the best fit for both parties. We recommend using Wise, which is a service that allows you to send money internationally with low fees.

How can I trust my virtual assistant?

Just as you would trust a regular employee by allowing time to strengthen the bond between both parties, you can establish trust with your virtual assistant. If desired, you can use a password manager like LastPass to securely share passwords or company credit card information with your virtual assistant. Typically, VAs are solely interested in completing their assigned tasks and earning their payment; they are not interested in stealing your information.

How do I communicate with virtual assistants?

We will send you a list of virtual assistants who are the best fit for your business, including their contact details. Additionally, if you have purchased the database plan, you can reach out to virtual assistants in our database via email. Once hired, you can use your preferred communication tool, such as Slack or Discord, to communicate with your virtual assistant.

Where are your virtual assistants from?

Our virtual assistants are mostly from Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. We pre-screen and vet all of our virtual assistants to ensure that they are fluent in English and have the necessary skills to complete your tasks.

Can I request for a refund?

If you are unable to find a suitable virtual assistant within 30 days after submitting a job, you can request a full refund by emailing [email protected] and we will process it within 24 hours. Database access is not refundable.

Are virtual assistants employees of Isoworkers?

No, the virtual assistants in our database are not employees of Isoworkers. We are simply a marketplace that sources, pre-screens, and connects you with high-quality virtual assistants.

Can I get a new virtual assistant if I'm unhappy with my current one?

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your virtual assistant. With that being said, yes, you can request for a new virtual assistant by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of hiring your current virtual assistant.
